Goal: To increase the frequency and level of utilization of COGNOS to desegregate data.
Results/Accomplishments: With successful implementation Ault Elementary and CFISD will better prepare students to live, work and thrive in the 21st century.

Evidence of Success
It will be evident that the teachers are being successful by how they break down the data and use it to differentiate the curriculum. Success will be shown through classroom observations, TAKS and benchmark scores and evaluations of the COGNOS program from the teachers.
Evaluation Process
Teachers will be able to graph their student’s progress from previous years, by objectives just to name a few. By doing this they will be able to monitor the progress from each benchmark and TAKS test. The success of the program will be shown by the growth of the students in the areas that the data was desegregated.
Hi Kyla,
ReplyDeleteI like that you put action plan in a table format. It make it easy to read and to follow your goal. I like that you chose a simplistic goal - not too involved for this time of year and not too many steps. The only wondering I had was whether a liaison should be included in step 2. I find comfort in having an experienced user near me when I am working on something for the first time. Could you consider asking grade levels/content teams to give up planning one day? A liaison could come for the day and meet with smaller groups of teachers to provide support and this may eliminate your internet overload concern. I posted to the discussion board first but my comments should be about the same.
